• At Darjeeling Brew, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines the conditions under which you may request a refund, exchange, or cancellation of your order.

Refunds

• We offer refunds on products that are damaged or defective upon arrival. To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide evidence of the issue (e.g., photos). Once your claim is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 14 days.

Exchanges

• If you receive a product that is not what you ordered, we will gladly exchange it for the correct item at no additional cost. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange the exchange.

Cancellations

• You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund. After 24 hours, cancellations may not be possible if the order has already been processed or shipped. If your order has already been dispatched, please refer to our returns process.

Non-Refundable Items

• Please note that we do not accept returns or offer refunds for products that have been opened or used, except in cases of damage or defect.

Return Shipping
